A happy bride is a beautiful and confident one so - no matter what your body shape - keep the following style tips in mind.

Tall: A tall bride should always accentuate her height - straight or fishtail styles are the best way to enhance long, gorgeous legs. If you want to balance out your height a little, a small A-line silhouette will achieve this.

Petite: Full skirts give instant length to legs and a train can add elegance and length to any gown. Avoid filling in your midsection as this creates too much busyness. Instead, opt for worked hemlines that pull the eye to the floor - making you appear taller.

Big bust: V necklines with shoulder straps open up the decolletage and allow the bride to wear a supportive and comfortable bra. It's important that there's good separation between the bust point and the waist, creating a waist and taking the emphasis off the bust.

Small bust: Small busted brides have many more options when it comes to embellishment. Worked necklines - either through the finishes or fabric - and one shoulder necklines will help give the illusion of a fuller bust.

Pear shaped: Pear shaped girls have a large range to choose from, as their body shape lends itself to bridal styling. A small upper body offsets cinched waists and A-line or ball skirts camouflage the lower pear shape by creating fullness at the hemline - not the hipline.

Fuller figure: As a general rule, ruching can de-emphasize the mid-section and slim the silhouette, while circle skirts lengthen legs. Choose an A-line or ball gown to cover fuller areas and always draw attention towards the face, using embellished necklines or detailed strap treatments. To achieve this, try a fitted bodice with a full skirt and cinched waist.

Boyish or athletic: Choose a structured gown that adds definition and shape to your silhouette, adding curves in all the right places. A ball gown's full skirt and form-fitting bodice will instantly highlight your waistline and give a natural, feminine shape.

Pregnant: Flatter your best assets, glowing skin and ample bosom with a gown that accentuates your bust and flows loosely over the body, while an overlay in the front will allow for any unexpected growth closer to the wedding date. Lace-up backs allow for ease of wearing, and can be let out throughout the day for added comfort.
